- Prep the tofu by draining the excess liquid and cutting it into cubes. Cover with paper towels.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet and add tofu cubes in a single layer.
- Cook the tofu on each side for 2-3 minutes until they are crispy and lightly browned. The total time may vary, but it should take at least 12-18 minutes.
- Once all the tofu cubes are crispy, turn the heat off and pour in Takumi. Mix well to evenly coat each crispy tofu cube.
- Serve the crispy tofu over rice, carrots, cucumber, and green onion. Enjoy!
