ingredients

2.8 ounces canned tuna
3.5 ounces broccoli
5.6 ounces spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 chili pepper, cut into small rounds
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce

directions

  1. Place the canned tuna in a colander to drain. Break the broccoli up into florets. 
  2. Boil the spaghetti according to the directions on the package. Add in the broccoli 1 minute before the spaghetti is finished and boil together, then drain.
  3. Place the olive oil into a fry pan, heat the garlic and chili pepper until fragrant, then add in the tuna.
  4. Add in the boiled spaghetti and broccoli and sauté all together. Add the soy sauce in using a circular motion and quickly sauté to combine all ingredients.
