Caramel Apple Pastry Bites 

Serves 12
Total Time 45 minutes
Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 30 minutes

Ingredients

8 large apples
8 tablespoons butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup almond milk
½ cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons vanilla extract 
2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
2 puff pastry doughs 

Directions

  1. Peel and dice 8 apples. 
  2. In a skillet, add all the ingredients except for the puff pastry.
  3. Stir and simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes.
  4. Cut both puff pastry doughs into 12 even squares.
  5. Place each square in cupcake pan. 
  6. Fill centers with apple mixture.
  7. Bake each pan at 400°F for 15 minutes or until golden/crisp. Remove and serve warm!
