Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Serves 2-3

Ingredients

½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1 garlic
2 green onions
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 cup rice
3 rainbow carrots
4 small English cucumbers
3 leaves butter or romaine lettuce
1 chili pepper
3 leaves of butter or romaine lettuce​​

Directions

  1. Make your chicken marinade by adding the teriyaki sauce, garlic and green onions into a bowl and marinate the chicken in the fridge for 15 minutes while you prepare the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Cook your rice as directed in a rice cooker.
  3. Cut up your carrots, cucumbers and chili peppers.
  4. Pan fry chicken until cooked through.
  5. Build your lettuce cups and serve.
