Creamy Sriracha Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

8 ounces shell pasta
1 pound medium cooked gulf shrimp, thawed
½ cup celery, chopped 
½ cup green peas, thawed
½ cup red bell pepper, finely chopped
¼ cup green onion, chopped  

For Dressing
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped 
½ teaspoon salt 

Directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, about 10 minutes. Drain and rinse pasta in a strainer under cool water. Transfer to a large mixing bowl.  
  2. Stir together ingredients for dressing until smooth.  
  3. Add shrimp, celery, peas, bell pepper and green onion to bowl with the cooked pasta and pour dressing on top. Fold gently to combine. Refrigerate 30 minutes before serving to chill.
