Crispy Panko Parmesan Potatoes

Ingredients

1 bag small gold potatoes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
¼ cup parmesan, finely grated

For Serving
Fresh herbs
Parmesan

Directions

  1. Rinse your potatoes​, then chop into thin slices (roughly ¼ of an inch – the thinner the crispier!)​.​
  2. Add all sliced potatoes to a bowl, coating with olive oil, paprika, salt, garlic powder, panko, and parmesan​.​
  3. Toss to combine​.​
  4. Spread on a foil lined baking sheet. Optional – sprinkle a little more oil, parmesan and panko.
  5. Bake in the oven at 400°F for 45 minutes.​​
  6. Remove and let cook on pan for 10 minutes to crisp further​.​
  7. Option to garnish with additional cheese and herbs, then serve and enjoy! ​
