Deconstructed Spicy Salmon Sushi Bowl

Ingredients

4 ounces salmon, cubed 
¼ teaspoon salt 
⅛ teaspoon pepper 
⅛ teaspoon garlic powder 
1 cup cooked/chilled white rice
⅓ cup shelled edamame
½ cup sliced baby cucumber 
¼ medium avocado, sliced
1 tablespoon sliced jalapeños 
2 tablespoons cilantro 

Spicy Umami Mayonnaise
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Umami Joy Sauce 
½ teaspoon Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce  

Directions

  1. Season flesh side of salmon with salt, pepper and garlic powder.  
  2. Lightly grease a medium nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add salmon to skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side. Turn heat off.  
  3. Stir together ingredients for Spicy Umami Mayonnaise in a small bowl until smooth.  
  4. Assemble bowl of rice with edamame, cucumber, avocado, jalapenos, cilantro and salmon and drizzle with desired amount of umami mayonnaise. Bowl can be enjoyed warm or chilled.
