Easy Peanut Butter and Soy Sauce Noodles

Ingredients

1 large garlic clove, minced 
½ tablespoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon heated neutral oil​​
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1½ tablespoon chili oil
½ tablespoon Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
7 ounces noodles, cooked to package instructions 
⅓ cup reserved noodle water

For Serving
Scallions, chopped​​
Cilantro
Chilies, sliced
Toasted sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Place the minced garlic and chili flakes in a large heat-safe bowl. 
  2. Heat the oil and pour it over the garlic and chili flakes. 
  3. Add the remaining sauce ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine. 
  4. Boil the noodles according to package instructions. 
  5. Place the noodles into the sauce and mix to combine, using the reserved water to help loosen the sauce and make it smooth. 
  6. Garnish with scallions, cilantro, sliced red chili peppers, and sesame seeds.
