Ingredients
1 large garlic clove, minced
½ tablespoon chili flakes
1 tablespoon heated neutral oil
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1½ tablespoon chili oil
½ tablespoon Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
7 ounces noodles, cooked to package instructions
⅓ cup reserved noodle water
For Serving
Scallions, chopped
Cilantro
Chilies, sliced
Toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Place the minced garlic and chili flakes in a large heat-safe bowl.
- Heat the oil and pour it over the garlic and chili flakes.
- Add the remaining sauce ingredients to the bowl and stir to combine.
- Boil the noodles according to package instructions.
- Place the noodles into the sauce and mix to combine, using the reserved water to help loosen the sauce and make it smooth.
- Garnish with scallions, cilantro, sliced red chili peppers, and sesame seeds.
