Honey Sriracha Baked Chicken

Ingredients

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs 
½ teaspoon salt 
¼ teaspoon black pepper 
½ teaspoon garlic powder 
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce 
¼ cup honey 
¼ cup chicken stock  

For serving
Lime wedges  

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425ºF. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large oven safe skillet for 2 minutes. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper and garlic powder. 
  2. Place chicken thighs on skillet seasoned side down and sear for 5 minutes. Turn heat off and flip chicken thighs. 
  3. Stir together sriracha, honey and chicken stock in a measuring cup.  Pour over chicken thighs. Transfer to middle rack of oven and bake for 15 minutes.  
  4. Carefully baste chicken with sauce from skillet. Continue to bake for 10-15 minutes longer.  
  5. Remove from oven and baste chicken again with sauce from pan. Serve hot with lime wedges.
