Japanese Mixed Rice with Chicken

Ingredients

5.6 ounces Chicken, cubed

2 ounces Carrot, sliced  

1.4 ounces Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced 

1.4 ounces Bamboo Shoots, julienned

½  cup Kikkoman® Hontsuyu

1 ½ cup Watter

2 cup rice

Directions

  1. Prepare a rice cooker.
  2. Put the rice, chicken,carrot,shiitake mushrooms and bamboo shoots, then put ½  cup Kikkoman® Hontsuyu into rice cooker and 1 ½ cup water.
  3. Lightly mix the ingredients together, then cook.
  4. When the rice has finished cooking, stir the ingredients together and place into bowls.

Note: Cooking time does include time to cook the rice. However, The cooking time for rice varies depending on the rice cooker.
