Ingredients
8 ounces udon noodles
¼ cup vegetable or chicken broth
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons kimchi juice
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 cup kimchi
For Serving
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 teaspoon sesame seeds
Directions
- Cook udon noodles according to package directions, 8-9 minutes. While noodles cook, stir together broth, soy sauce, kimchi juice, and brown sugar until brown sugar is dissolved.
- Add cooked noodles and kimchi to a skillet over low heat. Pour sauce on top and gently toss to coat. Heat for 2 minutes.
- Serve noodles hot garnished with green onion and sesame seeds.
