Korean BBQ “Taquitos”

Ingredients

2 tbsp. Vegetable oil

1 lb. Ground beef

2 tbsp. Ginger, minced

1/4 cup Scallion, minced

1/4 cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Korean BBQ

 

30 ea. Wonton wrappers, thawed

1 tbsp. Corn starch mixed with 2 tbsp. water

 

Vegetable oil for frying as needed

 

1 cup Kikkoman® Sriracha Mayo

Directions

  1. Heat a skillet with the oil and add the beef, breaking it up and browning it. Add the ginger and scallion in the last minutes of cooking, and cook until aromatic.
  2. Drain the beef and add the takumi sauce. Set aside to cool.
  3. Spread 2 teaspoons of filling diagonally from corner to corner in each wonton wrapper, spread a small amount of cornstarch mixture on one corner and roll the wrappers up diagonally to form a thin roll. Set aside.
  4. Heat a pan with oil to 350ºF. Fry the “taquitos “until golden brown and crisp.
  5. Serve with sriracha mayo dipping sauce.
