Napa Cabbage and Tofu Stir Fry

Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

2 + 2 tablespoons oil, divided
1 pound extra firm tofu, cubed
1 cup red bell pepper, sliced
6 cups Napa cabbage, coarsely chopped
½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original  

For Serving
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
Cooked noodles or rice  

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for 2 minutes. While oil heats, gently press cubed tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Add tofu to hot skillet and sear for 7 minutes, until deep golden brown. Turn and sear 7 minutes longer. Set tofu aside on a plate.  
  2. Add remaining oil to skillet. Add bell pepper and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add cabbage, stirring to combine. Cook for 2 minutes longer.  
  3. Add tofu back to skillet with cabbage and peppers. Reduce heat to low. Stir in Takumi and cook for 1 minute longer, stirring regularly.  
  4. Serve hot alongside rice or noodles and top with chopped cilantro.
