Pork and Asparagus Stir Fry 

Serves 4

Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

½ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil *
1 teaspoon cornstarch 
2 tablespoons cooking oil 
1 pound pork tenderloin, thinly sliced 
2 cups asparagus, sliced into 2-inch pieces  

For Serving
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped 

*Switch to Kikkoman® Chili Sesame Oil to add heat!

Directions

  1. Whisk together teriyaki, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a small cup or bowl. Set aside.  
  2. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet for 2 minutes. Add sliced pork and cook for 4 minutes, stirring once to lightly brown meat. Add asparagus and cook for 2 minutes longer.  
  3. Reduce heat to low and pour in sauce. Cook for 2 minutes longer, until the sauce has thickened. Serve hot topped with chopped green onions.
