Ingredients

2 tablespoons + 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
4 halibut filets, thawed
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
⅓ cup Kikkoman® Orange Sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 
1 clove garlic, minced 

For Serving
2 tablespoons chopped parsley 

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat in a large skillet for 2-3 minutes. Season fish with salt and pepper. Place on hot skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, until almost cooked through. 
  2. While fish cooks, melt remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and add to a small bowl. Add orange sauce, lemon juice, and garlic. Stir well.
  3. Reduce heat to low. Pour sauce over fish and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes, until fish is fully cooked, basting with sauce from skillet. 
  4. Serve hot garnished with fresh parsley.
