Sausage Penne Arrabiata

Ingredients

4¼ ounces penne pasta
4 vienna sausages
¼ chili pepper, chopped into rounds
1 tablespoon olive oil
10½ ounces tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce

For serving:
Parsley, diced

Directions

  1. Boil the penne according to the directions on the package.
  2. Score the Vienna sausages with fine, diagonal cuts.
  3. Put the olive oil and sausages in a pan, and sauté them over medium heat until browned.
  4. Add the tomato sauce and chili peppers to sausages, and when it comes to a boil, add soy sauce and turn off the heat.
  5. Combine with drained pasta.
  6. Top with parsley if desired.
