Sweet and Spicy Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients

1 lb Chicken thighs or breasts

2 tablespoon of Cornstarch (for coating chicken) 

2 tablespoon of Cooking Oil

 

Sauce (A):

4 tablespoon of Kikkoman®Hon Tsuyu

4 tablespoon of Kikkoman®Gluten-Free Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce

4 tablespoon of Sugar

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken thighs or breasts into 1.18-inch cubes. 
  2. Have a large bowl, coat the chicken pieces with cornstarch.
  3. Mix ingredients for sauce【A】together.
  4. Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.
  5. Add the chicken coated in cornstarch to the frying pan and cook.
  6. Add the sauce【A】to the frying pan and stir-fry until the chicken is cooked through.
