Teriyaki Bacon Pineapple Smash Burgers

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
4 slices bacon
4 pineapple rings
¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
4 brioche hamburger buns
4 slices pepper jack cheese 

Directions

  1. Divide ground beef into four portions, rolling into individual balls.
  2. Cook bacon on griddle. Set aside.
  3. Put pineapple rings on griddle to cook. Drizzle each side with ½ tablespoon teriyaki sauce. Set aside.
  4. Brown brioche buns. Set aside.
  5. Place burger balls on griddle. Smash thin, drizzle with remaining teriyaki sauce on both sides. Top with pepper jack cheese. 
  6. Top each bun with a burger patty, pineapple ring and a piece of bacon.
