Teriyaki Enoki Beef Rolls

Ingredients

1 package enoki mushrooms​
1 pound beef, thinly sliced​
1 yellow onion​
¼ + ¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, divided​
½ cup water​
1 cup rice, cooked ​
Green onions, for garnish

Directions

  1. Start off by separating your enoki mushrooms into individual pieces. Then wrap each enoki mushroom portion with 1-2 thin beef slices.​
  2. Chop onion into half-moon slices and add to a hot pan. Then stir fry by adding ¼ cup of teriyaki sauce.​
  3. Once the onions are translucent, add in enoki beef rolls with the rest of the teriyaki sauce and water. ​
  4. When it starts to boil, cover with a lid until everything is fully cooked. ​
  5. Then serve over rice and add optional garnishes and enjoy!
