Teriyaki Glazed Bacon Breakfast Sandwich​

Ingredients

4 strips of thick bacon
3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
1 tablespoon oil or bacon fat
2 eggs
2 slices cheddar cheese
1 Brioche bun or bread of choice
2 teaspoons Kikkoman® Sriracha Mayo

Directions

  1. Cook your bacon strips then remove from the pan and place on a plate.
  2. Using a brush, baste both sides of the bacon strips with Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original.
  3. Heat up the pan with either cooking oil or bacon fat and fry eggs to your desired style.​
  4. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each egg and toast your bread in the pan.​
  5. Assemble your sandwich by layering the eggs with cheese, bacon slices and a drizzle of Kikkoman® Sriracha Mayo.
