Teriyaki Hot Pot

Ingredients

2 stalks baby bok choy
1½ cups napa cabbage
2 shiitake mushrooms
1½ ounces enoki mushrooms
5 cubes fried tofu
2 cups water
¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce
1 (approximately 8.5 ounces) pack of frozen udon 
7 thin slices of beef brisket

For Serving
½ teaspoon Kikkoman® Sesame Oil​
1 stalk green onion, sliced

Directions

  1. Wash and cut your vegetables and tofu into bite size pieces.
  2. In a pot, combine water and teriyaki and bring to a boil.
  3. Add in your frozen udon and layer with all the vegetables and meat.
  4. Cover the pot and bring to a boil. 
  5. Add sesame oil, garnish with green onions and enjoy!
