Teriyaki Salmon Burgers

Cook Time 10 minutes

Ingredients

1 pound salmon, skin removed and cubed
1 large egg
2 tablespoons chopped green onion 
1 tablespoon peeled/chopped ginger
2 tablespoons lime juice 
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original 
½ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs  

For Serving
Burger buns, lightly toasted 
Microgreens 
¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original 
Thinly sliced cucumber  

Directions

  1. Add cubed salmon, egg, green onion, ginger, lime juice, and Takumi sauce to a food processor. Pulse until well combined. Scrape sides of food processor if needed. Add panko and pulse just a couple more times to combine.  
  2. Form mixture into 4 equal patties.  
  3. Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Grease liberally with cooking oil. Cook salmon burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side, until cooked through.  
  4. Serve salmon burgers on buns over microgreens brushed with extra Takumi sauce and topped with sliced cucumber.
