Ingredients
For the Wet Mix
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
- 3 Tbsp Kikkoman® Teriyaki BBQ Sauce, Original
- 1 Tbsp Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar Brewed from Sticky Rice
- 1 tsp Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/8 tsp Togarashi
For the Dry Mix
- 1/3 cup Corn Chex Cereal
- 1/3 cup Rice Chex Cereal
- 1/3 cup Wheat Chex Cereal
- 1 cup Japanese Rice Crackers
- 1 cup Sesame Sticks
- 1 cup Mini Pretzel Sticks
- 1/2 cup Salted Peanuts
- 2 Tbsp Black Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 cup Wasabi Peas
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°F. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter. Off heat, stir in remaining ‘wet mix’ ingredients.

In a large mixing bowl or baking dish, combine all ‘dry mix’ ingredients except wasabi peas. Pour wet mix over dry and gently toss to combine to evenly coat. Spread mixture in an even layer on a sheet pan or baking dish.

Bake for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes, until golden toasted and dry. Remove from oven. Stir in wasabi peas and let cool completely.

Store in an airtight container.
