Teriyaki Takumi Crispy Tofu

Serves 2-3

Cook Time 18 minutes

Ingredients

1 block (16 oz) Extra Firm Tofu
2-3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi Original

For Serving:
White rice
Shredded carrots
Cucumber slices
Green onion 

Directions

  1. Prep the tofu by draining the excess liquid and cutting it into cubes. Cover with paper towels.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick skillet and add tofu cubes in a single layer.
  3. Cook the tofu on each side for 2-3 minutes until they are crispy and lightly browned. The total time may vary, but it should take at least 12-18 minutes.
  4. Once all the tofu cubes are crispy, turn the heat off and pour in Takumi. Mix well to evenly coat each crispy tofu cube.
  5. Serve the crispy tofu over rice, carrots, cucumber, and green onion. Enjoy!
