Vegan Hot Sesame Oil Noodles

Ingredients

8 ounces ramen noodles
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
Lime wedges for serving

For Hot Sesame Oil Sauce
⅓ cup olive oil
3 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
2 tablespoons chopped green onion
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 teaspoon chili flakes

Directions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package directions. While noodles cook, heat olive oil and sesame oil over medium-low heat in a medium skillet. Once oil is hot (about 2 minutes), add green onion, garlic, ginger, and chili flakes. Simmer oil until fragrant, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat.
  2. Drain noodles and toss in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce in a large bowl. Pour hot oil over noodles and toss with tongs to coat.
  3. Divide into bowls and serve with lime wedges.
