Yuzu-Kosho Chicken

Ingredients

1 piece Chicken thigh

1 teaspoon of Yuzu kosho

1 tablespoon of Kikkoman® Cooking Sake 

1 tablespoon of Kikkoman® Sesame Oil

Directions

  1. Have a large bowl, mix yuzu kosho and cooking sake.
  2. Marinate the chicken in the mixture on both sides. 
  3. Heat the sesame oil in a pan and place the chicken in the pan.
  4. Cover and cook the chicken until cooked through.
