What makes these Teriyaki Meatballs so good? These juicy meatballs are easy to make, because they’re baked in the oven, saving you the hassle and mess of pan-frying. They’re perfect for a party or potluck, piled on a platter and speared with decorative picks for easy eating. Or you can serve them as an entrée over rice or noodles.Tips & Tricks
- Pair with steamed white, jasmine, or brown rice for a classic base, or switch it up with cooked spaghetti, lo mein, or ramen tossed in sauce and topped with meatballs for a fun twist.
- Complement with steamed, sautéed, or grilled veggies like green beans, asparagus, zucchini, or sweet peppers for a fresh, colorful side.

Ingredients
⅓ cup Kikkoman® Panko Bread Crumbs
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
1 pound lean ground beef
¼ cup crushed pineapple, drained (optional)
Vegetable cooking spray
¼ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375˚F and adjust rack to center position.
- Combine panko, egg, and soy sauce in large bowl; let stand 5 minutes.
- Add ground beef and pineapple, mix until thoroughly combined.
- Shape into small meatballs, 1 inch in diameter.
- Arrange meatballs, 1 inch apart, on foil-lined shallow baking pan, lightly sprayed with cooking spray.
- Transfer pan to oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until meatballs are cooked through.
- Immediately transfer meatballs into large bowl and pour in teriyaki sauce. Toss well to coat evenly with sauce.
