Tteokbokki with Teriyaki Takumi Sauce ​

Ingredients

2 5-ounce packages of rice paper ​
1 cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi​
1 cup beef broth​
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce​
4 green onions cut into 2-inch pieces.

Directions

  1. Dip two rice papers into cold water to soften. Do not leave them for too long as they will get sticky.
  2. Lay them on a working surface and start to roll them tightly. ​
  3. Cut each roll into 4 pieces. Repeat the process. Set them aside.​
  4. Into a pot pan add broth, Sriracha and Teriyaki Takumi and bring it to a boil. The sauce will start to thicken.​
  5. Add the green onions and the rice paper rolls into the pan. Cook for 8-10 minutes.​
  6. Transfer into a bowl and sprinkle fresh scallions. ​
  7. Add a soft-boiled egg.​
  8. Enjoy!
