Takumi Shrimp Tacos 

Serves 6 (2 tacos per serving)

Ingredients

1-pound large shrimp, peeled/deveined/tails removed/thawed 
1 tablespoon cooking oil 
⅓ cup Kikkoman® Teriyaki Takumi, Original  

For Serving
3 cups shredded cabbage mix 
¼ cup cilantro 
2 tablespoons lime juice 
1 tablespoon sesame oil 
¼ teaspoon salt 
12 small corn or flour tortillas 
1 small jalapeño, thinly sliced 
Lime wedges  

Directions

  1. Combine cabbage, cilantro, lime juice, sesame oil and salt in a medium bowl and stir to combine. Refrigerate until serving.  
  2. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet for 1 minute. Blot shrimp with paper towel to remove excess moisture. Add shrimp to skillet and cook for 2 minutes, stirring regularly. Reduce heat to low. Add Takumi sauce and cook for 1 minute longer.  
  3. Top tortillas with cilantro-lime slaw and add 2-3 shrimp. Top with sliced jalapeños and serve with lime wedges.
