Better-Than-Takeout Orange Chicken

Ingredients

¼ cup avocado or vegetable oil 
1 pound chicken breast, cubed
3 tablespoons all-purpose flour 
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper 
⅓ cup Kikkoman® Gluten-Free Orange Sauce 

For Serving
2 cups cooked white rice
2 tablespoons green onions, sliced 

Directions

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. While oil is heating, blot excess moisture from cubed chicken with paper towel. Add chicken, flour, salt and pepper to a bowl, stirring until chicken is coated.  
  2. Using tongs, add cubed chicken to hot oil and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and outside is golden brown.  
  3. Transfer hot chicken to a medium bowl and immediately toss in orange sauce. Serve hot with rice. Garnish with green onions.
