Smash Burger Tacos

Ingredients

For Burger Sauce
⅓ cup mayonnaise 
1 tablespoon ketchup  
1 tablespoon chopped dill pickles 
1 teaspoon mustard 
1 teaspoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce 

For Smash Burgers
1 pound 80/20 ground beef 
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Soy Sauce 
¼ teaspoon garlic powder 
½ teaspoon black pepper 
6 small flour tortillas 
6 slices American or cheddar cheese 
1½ cups lettuce, shredded 
1 Roma tomato, sliced 
½ cup pickle slices  

Directions

  1. Stir together ingredients for burger sauce. Refrigerate until serving.  
  2. Mix together ground beef, soy sauce, garlic powder and black pepper in a mixing bowl.  
  3. Form meat into 6 balls and press onto tortillas.  
  4. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking oil. Once the skillet is very hot, place tortilla on skillet meat side down. Press the tortilla with a spatula to further smash the burger. Cook for 2 minutes.  
  5. Flip tortilla and immediately top with cheese. Cover with the lid and cook 1 minute longer to melt cheese. Repeat with remaining tortillas.  
  6. Top each smash burger taco with lettuce, tomato, pickles and drizzle with burger sauce. Enjoy right away.
