About
Juicy grilled steak meets peak-season heirloom tomatoes in this bold, no-fuss dinner salad. It’s fresh, colorful, and hearty enough to count as a full meal—basically what happens when a grilled steak salad decides to dress up for summer. Perfect for nights when you want something light but still seriously satisfying. Tips & Tricks- Salt the tomatoes first. Let heirloom slices sit with a pinch of salt for 5–10 minutes to draw out flavor and make your heirloom tomato salad recipe pop.
- Rest the steak. Give grilled steak at least 5 minutes before slicing to keep your easy steak salad recipe juicy.

½ cup + 2 tablespoons (for brushing) Kikkoman® Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce Roasted Garlic Flavor
