If you’re looking to cut sodium even further, we offer two reduced-sodium options: Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce and 40% Less Sodium Gluten-Free Tamari Soy Sauce. We don’t simply dilute our soy sauce or tamari with water. Instead, we follow our traditional brewing process and then remove sodium after brewing, retaining full flavor and umami.
