ingredients

  • 16oz Bowtie pasta noodles
  • 10oz Spinach leaves
  • 5oz Dried cranberries
  • 2.25oz California pine nuts
  • 23oz Mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro leaves, roughly chopped
  • 1 Red bell pepper, chopped

Dressing

  • 1 cup Kikkoman® Preservative Free Less Sodium Teriyaki Glaze
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/2 cup Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper

directions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
  2. While pasta is boiling, prepare the dressing. In a jar combine all dressing ingredients.
  3. Stir well, cover and shake to combine. Chill until ready to use.
  4. In a large bowl toss together pasta, spinach, raisins, nuts, mandarin oranges, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
  5. Just before serving pour dressing over salad, toss, and serve.
