Pork Tenderloin with Spicy Peanut Sauce

ingredients

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup chicken broth
3/4 cup Kikkoman Thai Style Chili Sauce
1/3 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/3 cup water
3 tablespoons Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
8 pounds pork tenderloins
salt and black pepper as needed

directions

In saucepan over medium heat, combine peanut butter, broth, chili sauce, soy sauce, water, sesame oil and cilantro. Heat, whisking occasionally, about 2 minutes or until peanut butter is melted and ingredients are blended. Cool to room temperature.

Fold and tie thin ends of tenderloins to make an even thickness. Place in roasting pan; season with salt and pepper. Roast in 325°F convection oven 45 to 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. Slice pork; hold for service at 140°F or higher. Serve with Spicy Peanut Sauce.
