  • Pork chops
  • 4 Tbsp Kikkoman® Yuzu Ponzu Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

directions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the Kikkoman® Yuzu Ponzu Sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  2. Place the pork chops in a large zip-top bag or dish.
  3. Pour marinade over the pork chops, making sure they are well coated.  Seal the bag or cover the dish and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  4. If using a grill, preheat to medium heat.  If using the stovetop, heat a large pan over medium heat.
  5. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and shake off any excess.
  6. Place the pork  chops on the grill or in the pan.
  7. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the pork chops are cooked through.
  8. Let the pork chops rest for a few minutes before serving.
