- Heat outdoor grill to 350ºF. Stir together sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger and salt until honey is well incorporated.
- Slice bok choy in half lengthwise and brush the cut side with half of sesame oil mixture.
- Place on grill, cut side facing down, and grill for 2-3 minutes. Flip and brush with remaining sesame oil mixture. Grill 2-3 minutes longer. Serve hot.
