2 tablespoons Kikkoman® Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon minced garlic
½ teaspoon grated ginger
¼ teaspoon salt
3 baby bok choy

directions

  1. Heat outdoor grill to 350ºF. Stir together sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger and salt until honey is well incorporated.
  2. Slice bok choy in half lengthwise and brush the cut side with half of sesame oil mixture.
  3. Place on grill, cut side facing down, and grill for 2-3 minutes. Flip and brush with remaining sesame oil mixture. Grill 2-3 minutes longer. Serve hot.
