ingredients

4 large eggs
½ cup Kikkoman® Soy Sauce
½ cup Kikkoman® Korreri Mirin
½ cup water
¼ cup white sugar
1-2 packs of Top Ramen® noodles

directions

  1. Add your eggs to boiling water and let cook for 7 minutes.
  2. While your eggs cook, add soy sauce, Agi-Mirin, water, and sugar into a plastic bag. Set bag aside.
  3. Once your eggs are done cooking, put them in a bowl of ice water for a few minutes to cool and gently peel away the shells.
  4. Add eggs to your marinade bag and let them sit for at least 8 hours.
  5. When you’re ready to eat, make your Top Ramen® according to package directions and add the eggs on top.
