3.5 ounce PastaĀ 

3 spears Asparagus

1 Eggplant

1 tablespoons of Olive oil

0.35 ounce Unsalted butter

2 ½ tablespoons of Kikkoman® Saku Saku Crunchy Soy Sauce Flake

directions

  1. Cut the eggplant into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the asparagus into 3-4 pieces.
  3. Boil the pasta according to package instructions.
  4. In a frying pan, heat olive oil and butter. Once the butter starts melting, add the eggplant, asparagus, and “Saku Saku Crunchy Soy Sauce Flake”Ā  and saute.
  5. Add the cooked pasta directly from the pot to the frying pan.
  6. Toss lightly until combined.
