- Combine 1 cup panko, egg, yuzu zest, green onion, Saikyo miso, hondashi, mayonnaise, and crab meat.
- Form 6 to 8 2-inch cakes and coat using the rest of the panko.
- Shallow fry cakes at medium-low heat for 3-4 min on each side.
- Sprinkle nori and bonito flakes overtop for garnish.
