Ingredients
½ cup neutral cooking oil
1 pound thinly sliced flank steak
¼ cup tapioca flour
1 tablespoon cornstarch
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup Kikkoman® Orange Sauce
For Serving
Cooked rice
Green onion, sliced
Orange slices
Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat to 375ºF. While oil heats, blot excess moisture from steak with paper towel and add to a medium bowl.
- Stir together tapioca flour, cornstarch, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Pour flour mixture on steak and toss to coat.
- Using tongs, add steak to hot oil shaking off excess flour back into bowl. Cook steak until crispy, about 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally for even browning.
- Remove steak from skillet and add to a bowl with orange sauce. Stir to coat.
- Serve hot over rice topped with green onion and sliced oranges.
