Kikkoman Kotteri® Mirin is similar to traditional mirin, a sweet rice wine for cooking. Kotteri Mirin® adds authentic Japanese flavor, mild sweetness and glaze to a variety of grilled, broiled, baked and sautéed foods. It gives teriyaki and sukiyaki the full-flavored sweetness for which they’re known. And because the sugar in Kotteri Mirin® is already dissolved, it blends more easily with other ingredients.
