The celebration kicks off by highlighting the 2025 Chef Roll Contest winner, Chef Mark’s innovative Soy Squid Ink Dumplings with Clarified Mushroom Consommé. This recipe brilliantly uses Kikkoman Soy Sauce not only to season the delicate mushroom filling and consommé but also as a key ingredient in the dough, providing striking color and depth.
