ingredients

Caesar Mayonnaise:
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest

1 pound tilapia or rock cod fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
romaine hearts, grilled
Kikkoman Panko Japanese Style Breadcrumbs, toasted
grated Parmesan cheese

directions

To make Caesar Mayonnaise: Whisk together mayonnaise, cheese, soy sauce and lemon zest.

Marinate tilapia in olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce and garlic for about 15 minutes. Grill; brush with Caesar Mayonnaise and broil until golden. Arrange tilapia on top of Romaine hearts; sprinkle with panko and cheese.
