Clear-Steamed Fish Fillets

kikkoman products used:

ingredients

1 tablespoon Chinese salted black beans
1 tablespoon Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon grated ginger
1 pound sea bass fillets
Kikkoman Preservative-Free Non-GMO Toasted Sesame Oil
white pepper
cilantro leaves
thinly sliced green onions

directions

Soak black beans in hot water; drain and mash with side of knife. Mix with soy sauce, garlic and ginger. Place sea bass on plate; spread black bean mixture on top. Place in steamer; cover and steam until a knife can be easily inserted into sea bass. Drizzle with sesame oil; season with pepper. Garnish with cilantro leaves and green onions.
