Crispy Chicken Lettuce Wraps

ingredients

Poke Ranch Sauce
12 ounces Kikkoman® Poke Sauce
2 ounces Kikkoman® Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
2 ounces Kikkoman® Lime Ponzu Citrus Seasoned Sauce
16 ounces ranch dressing

Crispy Chicken Wings
60 Tyson® WM boneless wing
Soy sauce, as needed

Cabbage Slaw
1 whole cabbage, shredded
1 cup green onions, chopped
2 cups carrots, julienne
½ cup granny smith apple, julienne
1 tablespoon ginger, minced
Salt, as needed
Ground black pepper, as needed
¼ cup Kikkoman® Rice Vinegar
1 tablespoon Kikkoman® Less Sodium Soy Sauce
60 little gem lettuce leaves
Cilantro sprig or micro cilantro, as needed
Sesame seeds, toasted, as needed

directions

Poke Ranch Sauce

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.

Crispy Chicken Wings

  1. Arrange the frozen boneless wings in a single layer on parchment lined sheet pan.
  2. Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes to warm through.

Cabbage Slaw

  1. Combine the cabbage, green onions, carrots, apples, and ginger in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper, and gently massage.
  2. Add the vinegar and soy sauce to season.

Assemble

  1. Place a leaf of lettuce on a flat surface. Top with some of the cabbage slaw.
  2. Place a chicken wing on top and drizzle with Poke Ranch Sauce.
  3. Garnish with cilantro and sesame seeds.
