kikkoman products used:

ingredients

Marinated Beef:
4 teaspoons ground coriander
2 cups chopped cilantro
8 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
4 teaspoons ground black pepper
6 pounds flank steak, trimmed

Curry-Lime Sauce:
1 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce
2 2/3 tablespoons lime juice
4 teaspoons red curry paste
2 2/3 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons ground coriander
1/4 cup water

directions

To make Marinaded Beef: Combine all ingredients except steaks. Add steaks; marinate for 1 hour.

To make Curry-Lime Sauce: In bowl, whisk all ingredients until combined. Makes approximately 1 3/4 cups.

To order: Grill marinated steaks to medium-rare. Slice thinly against the grain. Plate 4-ounce portions and drizzle with approximately 1 tablespoon Curry-Lime Sauce. Serve immediately.
