kikkoman products used:

ingredients

3 cups Kikkoman Teriyaki Glaze
1/4 cup finely chopped garlic
2 tablespoons cracked black pepper
24 boneless rib-eye or top loin steaks, 3/4-thick

directions

Combine teriyaki glaze, garlic and pepper. (Yield: about 3 cups)

For each serving, to order: Place 1 steak on grill 4 to 5 inches from hot coals; brush with 1 tablespoon glaze mixture. Cook about 4 minutes, turn and brush with 1 tablespoon glaze mixture. Cook 4 minutes more for medium rare.
