ingredients

2 tablespoons pureed sliced sweetened frozen strawberries
1 1/4 cups Pearl Unsweetened Organic Soymilk
Crushed ice, as needed
1 tablespoon chopped fresh strawberries

directions

Spoon strawberry puree into bottom of 12-ounce glass. Combine soymilk and ice in martini shaker; shake vigorously 15 seconds or until soymilk is frothy and ice cold. Strain soymilk into glass on top of strawberry puree, pouring carefully down side of glass. Garnish with chopped strawberries. Serve immediately.
