Smoked Turkey Burgers:
8 pounds ground turkey
4 pounds finely minced smoked turkey
1/2 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper

East Carolina BBQ Sauce:
3 1/2 cups hickory barbecue sauce
1/2 cup Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce

directions

To make Smoked Turkey Burgers: Mix ground turkey, smoked turkey, soy sauce and black pepper. Form into patties of desired size.

To make East Carolina BBQ Sauce: Mix barbecue sauce and soy sauce. (Makes about 4 cups.)

Grill Smoked Turkey Burgers and top with smoked Gouda cheese. Sandwich in buns with East Carolina BBQ Sauce, deep-fried onion strings, hamburger pickle slices, lettuce and tomato slices.
